Are You Ready for Us?

Staging installation day is one of the most exciting days in our schedule. It is truly our pleasure to get your home ready to hit the market! Our clients also love staging day, and look forward to it with much anticipation. Staging is a team effort, and we’ve found that this 10-point checklist is very helpful in making sure we're all on the same page and your property is ready to be staged:

1. Have we discussed target audience and list price?

2. Have you signed the contract and paid the deposit?

3. Have you reserved the elevator (if required)?

4. Has parking been reserved (we can help with this)?

5. Have all trades completed their work?

6. Has the property been professionally cleaned?

7. Is there running water and are there working toilets?

8. Is the electricity turned on?

9. Is heat available (during Fall & Winter months)?

10. Is there a safe entrance to the property?

With these 10 questions answered with YES, staging day is sure to be a success!
